• Losses arising from the user's own device or internet connection failure.

Cuci10's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total active deposit balance in your account at the time the incident occurs.

You have the right to close your cuci10 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the associated bonuses will be forfeited.

Cuci10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without prior notice in the following situations:
